Flight Change Policy

We know that at times travel plans may need to change. Therefore, we developed the following Flight Change Policy for our valued customers.

1. Eligibility for the flight changes: Most airlines permit passengers to change their itineraries for their flights on certain terms and conditions of their respective airlines. Change in date, time, or destination are some of the examples of changes to a flight itinerary. You should check the fare rules on your ticket to know if it is eligible for change or not.

2. Requesting a Flight Change: For a change of flight, you can contact us at info@bookbudgetflight.com or call us at +1 (800) 612-6980. Then, you should provide your booking reference number along with the information regarding details you want to change.

3. Changes Time Frame: Requests to make any changes of flights should be submitted as early as possible – at least 48 hours before the flight is scheduled to take place. We will do our very best to honor last-minute changes but we understand that there is the possibility that we cannot book for travel less than 48 hours in advance to its scheduled date which will attract some fees or perhaps not be honored.

4. Fees and Charges: The fees for changing vary depending on the airline and type of fare booked. It will be communicated to you at the time of your request for a change. Change fees could also apply, depending upon when you change your travel and the difference in fare is higher.

5. Exceptions: Certain tickets are not amendable; this applies to certain types of fares, for example, non-refundable fares and promotional fares. Check the fare rules on your ticket for more details on change restrictions.
