1.Cancellation Requests: Passengers looking to cancel their flights should submit cancellation requests as early as possible. 2. Cancellation Fees: Types of fare for Inbound fares carry cancellation fees. The cancellation fees paid depend on the carrier’s policy but are given on request when trying to cancel. Some non-refundable discounts or promotional fares do apply.

3.Timeframe for Cancellations:  Most carriers charge stiffer penalties on cancellations, which are less than 24 hours, from the scheduled departure time.Requests after this period attract higher penalties.

4. Refund Process: Your flight eligible for reimbursement will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Anyway, processing times may vary depending on the airline and the institution concerned.

5. Exceptions: Certain fares carry unique cancellation penalties. Most of the non-refundable tickets are not cancellable and non refundable. When a circumstance-driven cancellation request is made, please contact our staff who may have further flexibility and accommodations based on the respective circumstances, like illness or natural disasters.
